Vintage Tunina Venezia Giulia IGT is a white wine with intense aromas, produced by the Gorizia winery Jermann. This label is the result of a blend that includes typical local vines, including Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and a small quantity of Picolit. All the varieties are grown in a vineyard located in Ronco del Fortino near Gorizia, to whose ancient owner the label is dedicated. Here the conditions are optimal to guarantee the vines a luxuriant growth until the harvest, which occurs after a slight over-ripening. At this stage a manual selection is carried out and only the best bunches reach the cellar. The vinification involves the pressing of the grapes and the subsequent alcoholic fermentation inside steel tanks. The aging is long and takes place partially in oak barrels. Vintage Tunina Venezia Giulia IGT is an excellent white immediately as well as after a couple of years of careful rest.
