Vinification
Pinot Noir macerated and fermented at low temperature.
A limited edition is produced each year, dedicated to a Donizetti opera. The label is inspired by the opera "Zoraida of Granada."
Description
Medium-intense ruby ??red with bright red highlights that denote the wine's extreme youth. The nose opens with notes of red fruit, cherry, blueberry, incense, cocoa, and spices. The palate displays great freshness and verticality.

Aging
In 225-liter oak barriques and extended bottle aging.
Pairings
Game birds, roasted red meats, full-fat cheeses.
