Barolo Massolino: the great classic from Serralunga
Barolo DOCG Massolino is the fruit of a family that has been dedicated to Nebbiolo since 1896 in Serralunga d'Alba. With a long maceration in stainless steel and a minimum of 30 months of aging in large oak barrels, it is a Piedmontese red wine with great structure, a pure expression of its Serralunga terroir.

Blend: 100% Nebbiolo.

Aging: At least 30 months in oak barrels, at least 12 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes: Intense garnet red. The nose is an olfactory journey with notes of dried rose, licorice, ripe cherry, and sweet spices. The palate is robust yet elegant, with silky tannins and a remarkable and pleasant persistence.

Pairings: Ideal with roasted or braised red meats, game, and rich dishes such as Alba white truffle. Also excellent with very mature cheeses.
