Bright ruby-garnet color. On the palate it is soft and expressive, with sweet red cherries, blood orange, mint, wild flowers, cedar wood, sweet tobacco and anise. Very fine tannins on the palate, spicy, delicate and at the same time very rich and clear, with a long balsamic finish. Every year, Cascina Nuova is a great example of how to produce excellent Barolos at moderate prices
