PRODUCT INFORMATION

GRAPE VARIETY
100% Chardonnay
WINEMAKING
The grapes are gently pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The wine then ages for several months on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING
This Chardonnay enchants with its bright yellow color and its fruity bouquet with exotic notes of pineapple, ripe apple, and delicate floral aromas. On the palate, it offers elegance and an interesting persistence.
TERROIR
Southeast-facing hillside vineyards on calcareous soils. A synergy of grapes from medium-altitude soils up to 600 meters above sea level located in the southern part of Alto Adige. Harvested entirely by hand.
2025 HARVEST
The 2025 harvest began relatively early, on August 27th, and concluded after about a month, making it a short and compact harvest for Alto Adige. After a relatively early flowering, a warm and dry June was followed by significantly cooler July, which played a key role in preserving the freshness and acidity of the grapes. August offered ideal conditions for ripening, and despite a September characterized by alternating sunshine and some rainfall, the grapes arrived in the cellar in excellent health and with optimal balance. We look to this vintage with optimism and confidence, certain of the excellent quality it will deliver.
PAIRING SUGGESTION
Excellent as an aperitif, a perfect accompaniment to Mediterranean dishes, pasta dishes with fish and vegetables, and freshwater fish (trout, pike, salmon, perch).
