With careful vinification and respect for the raw materials, Terlano Gewürztraminer is a white wine that enhances the qualities of the Gewürztraminer grape. Produced with select grapes from the Alto Adige DOC area, this wine stands out for its purity and elegance. Fermentation takes place slowly in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on the fine lees.
Blend: 100% Gewürztraminer.
Aging: 5-7 months in stainless steel on the fine lees.
Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow in color, the nose reveals an intense and harmonious bouquet, with notes of rose, lychee, and spices. The palate is fresh and mineral, with a lingering finish.
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with spicy dishes, Asian cuisine, and blue cheeses.
