VINEYARD AGE: 7 years
VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the grapes is followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (14-16°C) for 20 days. No oak aging. Brief bottle aging.
COLOR: Straw yellow with greenish highlights.
AROMA: Fruity on the nose with hints of pear, grapefruit, and spices, typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
PAIRINGS: It pairs beautifully with fresh fish, shellfish, and vegetable-based pasta dishes.
TASTE: Full-bodied on the palate, enlivened by a marked freshness and a persistent finish. Mineral, dry, and elegantly finished.
