Precisely thanks to this ancient savoir-faire, he wanted to recover the ancient local tradition, drawing inspiration in his work from the Cuban aguardiente made with precious sugar cane. The label is the result of a balanced assembly of different batches of aguardiente, which gives aromatic richness, depth, complexity, and rather light Cuban Rums, which help to preserve a clear, energetic and vital sip. Before bottling, the distillate matures for at least 7 years in white oak barrels, previously used for the aging of Bourbon.
