very short replacements.
MATURATION: the wine is transferred to 40 hl Slavonian oak barrels where it rests for at least 18 months and then in
small 10 hl barrels for at least 6 months. During this period some decantings are carried out to clarify it and make it
ready for bottling which takes place through a very white filtration and without any clarification, in order to maintain
all the organoleptic properties unaltered.

PRODUCER'S NOTES: The Nobile di Montepulciano "Messaggero" comes from a careful selection of our best
Sangiovesi grown in one of the most interesting areas of the appellation.
Our will has always been to enhance the particularity of this vineyard which has an excellent vocation to produce grapes
of the highest quality. Il Messaggero expresses the finesse, elegance and character of the great wines of Montepulciano, combined with
freshness and the power that only the great terroirs are able to express and guarantee over time. For this reason we produce
to this Nobile with only Sangiovese grapes, because we firmly believe in our vineyards and in our tradition.
