Climate
The winter was generally mild and sunny while the
spring was characterized by temperatures slightly to
below average and frequent rainfall. These
weather conditions lasted until the end of
May and affected the timing of flowering and
fruit set, generally recording a delay of about ten
days. From the month of June the weather has tended to be
dry. Favored by the excellent water availability of the soils, the
vines have maintained a good vegetative balance too
during the hot month of August, ensuring a complete
veraison and slow and gradual ripening. The excellent ones
