Fermentation and Maturation
After the grapes are quality-selected and picked, the berries are gently pressed and the must fermented in stainless-steel, temperature-controlled tanks. The wine then matures in steel for 14 months and in the bottle for a minimum of 3 months.
With its purple-flecked, shimmering ruby colour, our Syrah presents rich, forward scents of fruit and balsamic essences, lifted by white pepper and crisp wild berry. The palate offers a suite of tangy flavours, firm structure, and a near-endless finish.
At its best when partnered with medium-aged cheeses, but impressive with roasted meat.
