A new achievement for the Fertuna wine cellar. It is characterised by its great aromatic expression and pleasant structure, in a fine and elegant look inspired by the Provençal style.
Sangiovese vinified in rosé.

WINE-MAKING AND AGEING
The grapes initially remain in contact with the skins for a very short period of up to 24 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (18°C) in steel vats for 14 days. No passage in wood. Short ageing in the bottle.
Dry rosé wine. On the nose fresh with pleasant hints of small berries and vanilla. On the palate, good flavour, excellent balance and a surprisingly long and pleasant finale.
Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with fresh pasta dishes, fish, white meats, vegetable crudités and lightly seasoned cheeses.
