The first step is to fill out the Return tab.This card must be fully completed and we will reply by email within 3 working days with the return instructions.The products must be returned in the original packaging. We do not refund damaged products due to insufficient packaging. Please use an external protective box to prevent damage during transport. The refund must first be approved.
