It is Ormanni’s highest expression of grape variety and tradition. It is produced with hand-selected Sangiovese grapes from the oldest vineyards in the area of Barberino Val d’Elsa. Among our wines, it is the one best enhancing Sangiovese characteristics. It is only produced in the best vintages. A traditional wine long matured in wooden barrels. It has a red ruby colour with garnet hints, rich fragrance, with mature red fruit and tobacco notes. Velvety tannin. It has a long and persistent taste of great finesse.
