Fermentation: in temperature-controlled (25-30°C) stainless-steel tanks
Aging: in stainless steel tanks, and a short passage in French oak casks follow
THE WINEMAKER COMMENT
Elegant and complex wine. On the nose the fruity scents are accompanied by light notes of tobacco and leather. In the mouth the full and round structure is well balanced by the sweetness of the tannins which gives the wine a good persistence.
