Tasting Notes
COLOUR: Intense ruby red with garnet shades.
AROMAS: At first aromas of ripe red fruits as cherry and blackberry, spicy hints that remind thyme and sage.
TASTE: Extremely attractive aromas, full body, pretty texture.
VINTAGE VARIATION: The beginning of the Spring was characterized by heavy rainfall. April was sunny and warm while in the month of May we had rain above the average, which helped the plants to accumulate important water supplies and overcome the summer dryness.
June, July and August were hot but without sultry peaks and affected by some rains that allowed the plants not to go into water stress. September was cool but sunny so the grapes reached the right ripeness and a perfect aromas concentration.
